Cancellation, Returns, Exchange & Refund

Returns & refunds are easy and we are always around to help.

Please read below points before returning your order.

Handmade Products:

Earthlike works with handmade fabrics made by Indian artisans and craftsmen. Handmade products are not precise. They are not error free. We use natural dyes on fabrics. Natural dyes may run at first wash. But it will bring nice faded effect to cloths.

Handmade products have their own charm. Handmade fabrics breathe well and will keep you cosy in all weather conditions. Natural dyes are skin friendly. Also they provide unique colour pallet.

Colour Difference:

While we photograph only in natural light and try our best to make sure that the colours shown on our website are accurate, actual colours will vary. The precise colour of the product may vary due to colour variability in computers, laptops, screen monitors, mobiles, tablets and or other devices.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at hello@earthlike.in within 4 hours of placing the order. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, entire amount will be refunded.

If order is returned after shipment delivery charges are not refundable but returns are FREE!

Returns & Exchange

• All original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, price tags, description tags and/or all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery must be returned while returning the product.
• Returns are free but customer need to pay for the delivery of exchanged product.
• Exchange is allowed only one time per order.
• Once exchanged product is delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned or refunded.
• Cost paid for the delivery of the products is not refundable.

Returns, Exchange and / or Refunds are allowed in following cases only:

• You can only return to us products which have been purchased directly through this website.
• Packages lost in transit by courier agency, considering correct address provided by the customer.
• Genuine quality issues.
• If wrong item has been shipped to you from our side.

No Returns, Exchange and / or refunds will be given in the following cases:

• Products returned in a worn or washed or ironed or damaged condition.
• In case of minor design and colour variations. With handmade products there will always be some variation between products.

• Physical damage to the packaging / box but not to the product.

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• After failed delivery attempts by the courier.
• Package refused by recipient.

Procedure to return the product: 

• E-mail us at hello@earthlike.in within 5 days from the date of delivery mentioning the reason for return / exchange. Also attach a photograph, if you have received damaged / defective item.
• Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns / exchanges.
• Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
• We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the tags.
• Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
• The product will be picked up within 5 working days from the date of request.
• After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns / exchanges would be processed.
• In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 1-2 working days after we receive the earlier shipment.
• In any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges.

Refunds: 

• Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
• In case you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed in the same modethat the payment is received within 10-12 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

• All return & refund requests are subject to the discretion of the Earthlike Team.
