The Earth is the biggest source of energy. It is the origin. “Earthlike” literally means having essence of the earth. The essence can be in the form of nature, culture, tradition, people, crafts; the list is infinite.

“Earthlike” is a lifestyle label launched by Kirti, textile graduate from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, along with her husband Anup an architect by profession who has pursued masters degree in management from UNSW, Australia.

We love Indian traditional arts and crafts! Most of them use sustainable and eco-friendly processes to create an art. We want to make people aware of our age old traditions and bring them back in today’s trends.

We care for mother nature! We hope you do it too.

Earthlike is an ethically driven conscious lifestyle label, which encourages slow fashion. We support age old traditional Indian arts & crafts. Some of them are on the verge of vanishing, some of them need to flourish more. So we create fusion of traditional crafts with contemporary styles. It will keep people connected to their rich culture without missing on present trends!

Earthlike wants to abridge the gap between traditional artisans and today’s generation. We believe that fashion can be done without harming the nature. Most of our traditional practices  followed by artisans are sustainable and eco-friendly. We will bring them to main stream without losing it’s charm.

There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,

There is a rapture on the lonely shore,

There is society, where none intrudes,

By the deep sea, and music in its roar;

I love not man the less, but Nature more.

– By Lord Byron
